Feedback about Coach-Net

We would appreciate hearing both good and bad experiences with Coach-Net roadside assistance. We are considering this in lieu of Good Sam.
Thanks
Bill

Had Coach Net when I first got the RV. I don’t anymore as it’s included as part of my insurance. Used them once and they were responsive and prompt.

I had Coach Net for several years, towed 3 times, no issues. Then let it lapse between RVs, and they were unable for a couple of years around that time to do new policies in California, so I got Good Sam. One tire change, one tow, then when they wouldn't tow again on the same problem found that, like GABob, my regular insurance covered roadside assistance. Besides that tow, there was another tire service. State Farm. Currently I also have Good Sam again because 2 years were thrown in with my current trailer without asking for it. Basically what I'm saying is that for 7 cases I can remember they were all equally fine except for the unwillingness to do a second tow for the same problem. I don't know if any of the others would have either.

We had it when JAYCO offered it as part of your purchase and we had to use them for a tire change. Responded without issue which is more than I can say for AAA Plus RV. They couldn't provide service in Indianapolis for a tire change.

That's pretty bad about AAA. With State Farm, I had a blowout on US281 in Texas, and they paid for a service to drive from Johnson City to San Antonio (nearest 295/80 they could find) and bring it back and mount it; roughly 125 miles. Of course I paid a hefty price for the tire!

We had CoachNet when we had a class A, never needed it. We signed up again with our Jayco trailer and have called for assistance twice. (Truck issues) Very satisfied. They were prompt, kept us informed, and called back to be sure everything was ok.
