Fire TV Insignia

We just bought a new Jay Feather and the sound on the TV doesn’t work🥲
Anybody know how to remedy this? I was on the phone with Amazon for over an hour and they can’t figure it out! (Amazon makes the fire TV)

If you have a sound system, the TV may be connected to that via HDMI ARC. Set the sound system to the ARC input and see if that works.
