First time winterizing

I have a 32' by 10' pad with crushed stone that I park my TT on. If I back onto wood planks under each tire, will that help the tires from the ground freezing in the winter? I was told that this will help against dry rought. Or would I be ok just leaving the tires on the crushed stone? Or is there something else that I should do? Please help, I just want to take the best care of my TT that I can. Thank you!

I think the dry rot comes more from the sun hitting your tires more then anything else. From my experience with boat trailer tires, I think you would be fine on crushed stone. Covering the tires may help protect them from UV exposure.

I have kept mine on stone and never had an issue other than they get a little dirty.
