First Trip Out - Ever
We had our maiden voyage in our new Greyhawk this week. We visited a campground that was all of 8 miles from home. We were thinking that if disaster struck, or, more likely we got a case of the dumbs, we would be close to home. Everything went great. Sometimes it took a couple of tries, but eventually we got it.
The campsite is in Clemmons, North Carolina. It is called Tanglewood. It is a very clean place. Great dog park, horse rentals, small lake, (pond), very nice camp hosts. We recommend it highly.
I think we are hooked.

Wishing you many years of fun and good luck. Rosie and I got our new greyhawk last august & pretty much did what you did, we just hacked around 20 miles away the first time, went a bit further each time, and now are crazy wild about driving 8 hours to Cape cod in May!
It's a great Product, and you will love it

Hi everyone! Im a newbie with T.T and recently purchased a 2013 324BTS and was wondering the major differences between T.T and 5ers...I know the 5ers are easier to back up and tow in general but I like the idea of still being able to use my truck bed for packing up gear etc and of course the T.T are considerably less expensive.

Congrats on the first trip! And Tanglewood is a very nice campground. We'll be down there for Memorial Day weekend. Happy Camping!

Yep - once the seal is broken there's no turning back. Sounds like a great summer ahead

You hit most of the highlights right there. I miss my truck bed for storage but do have additional storage underneath the 5ver. it is the larger items that I tend to want to carry that I have a problem with. I finally figured out if it is too big to get in there, I don't really need it! lol
