Frameless window operator

Has anyone had any problems with the controller on frameless Windows? Seems like the part that attaches to the channel on the window is a plastic like washer or grommet riveted to the metal arms.
There must be an easier solution than what I gather from customer service.

Yeah, I have one that's popped out of one side of the glass-track. My BIL helped me one trip get them reseated, but it has since popped the track again.

It's definitely a two man job to get those washer/rollers back in the track. I'm still not sure what is the root cause of the track-popping.

To get the rollers back in the track remove the set screws (probably 3 of them) along the top of the window. The window should slide horizontally so that the rollers can be guided into the end of the track. Replace the set screws and you are done. I have done this a couple of times.

I have also seen a video on a mod that can be done where you drill out the rivets holding the arms in and replace it with a nut and bolt. Then when an arm pops out, you simply remove the bolt/nut, feed the arm back into the slot and re-attach the arm to the crank.

I did the mod above, takes me 5 minutes to get the rollers back in the track. It is a poor design and from what it looks like to me the rollers give way and pop out when you try to get the window open off the weather stripping.Im gonna try to get dealer to replace the one that constantly falls off,the rest of the windows are fine, just 2 in the bunk room do this

I've only had it happen once. No big deal, but still aggravating. I actually have 2 spares of the picture the OP posted. Got them off of a broken window I replaced on somebody else's rig (Insurance claim so I salvaged pieces). Figured they may come in handy one day. In reality, we don't ever open the windows. The only time that one came out of the track was during my project of removing all of the windows and reinstalling with butyl (Had to open to trim the butyl good).
