Fridge Problem

I have a 2014 X18D travel trailer.

This spring during the cleanup / summer prep process my wife (God bless her) cleaned out the fridge and in the process pulled the drain pan out with all the shelves. There is a small hose that clearly is / was connected to the pan that is now loose.

Can someone help me and show me / tell me how it attaches? Is there supposed to be a clip or glue or something else? The hose is clearly to thick / wide to go through the hole in the pan so I am at a complete loss. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I’ve attached a picture (if it works) so you can see what I’m talking about.
