Furrion 12-volt Fridge at Higher Altitudes Question

I know gas absorption fridges are less efficient when running on propane at altitudes above 5500 feet. But I'm currently using a Furrion 12-volt compressor fridge at about 8000 feet and it seems to run an unusually long time. Do higher altitudes impact this type of fridge?

Altitude never seemed to affect our Furrion 12V. The highest we've been is just over 10000 ft. Somewhere in Utah. A few years ago, that altitude did affect out gas absorption Norcold, but only when running on propane.

I grew up at 9000+. If it's at all like a household unit it shouldn't have any impact at all. Make sure you have clean coils and air flow is not blocked.
