Furrion 3 Burner Oven/Range Question

I have the Furrion Oven/3 burner range in my 2021 Eagle. I'm having a problem with temperature fluctuation and wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. So, two problems. First is when I turn up the oven control knob to 475 or a little higher, the oven will only heat to 450. Second, if I set the temp to say, 400, the oven will heat up to 400, and then the flame will reduce, as would be expected, and the temp will drop to about 325 but instead of the flame increasing to take the temp back to 400, the temp just stays at about 325. If I turn the temp control knob up a little, the flame will increase and the temp will increase but eventually drop back down. I'm using two oven thermometers to monitor the temp in the oven.

Every Furrion oven is the same.............a piece of crap. Furrion has no idea what a quality product is. Try this for ****s & giggles.........call their support number and see what they say about it. I guarantee you will be completely aggravated or LOL

If you call them I can tell you what they will say. 75% variation is fine.

As others have already posted, I think you're expecting the oven temp control to be more accurate than it really will be. The oven shows temp markings, but in my experience can be practically used in only two manners: as hot as it will get (for pizza) or off.

I'm not so concerned about the accuracy of the oven control temperature marking, that's why we use an oven thermometer. I am more focused on the oven going up to close to the temp that I want it to be at, but then dropping down to a significantly lower temp and then not going back up.

The variability of the oven control (which I called accuracy) is the point that I was trying to make.
