Furrion Air conditioner

Furrion has been working with me by email. They are replacing our ac and pay the dealer to clean the trailer because the squirrel cage came apart and put black dust all over.
The dealer has done nothing to help us. Our trailer is at the dealer and they sent me a bill for $230.00. Not even repaired.
Furrion has been a big help. Product support is fast and very helpful. They are having an air conditioner sent to the dealer for them to install. I hope the service department gets it installed so we can use the trailer this year.
Furrion takes care of there customers.

I replaced a 5 year old Coleman with a Furrion from Etrailer. So far works great.

I am glad you had good luck after they replaced it. We were thinking this ac mfg makes junk. Our ac never ran good from the start. The dealer did not help us out. They kept charging us for repair work on a new ac. I e mailed Furrion and got a reply with in the hour. We just hope this one works!

I believe the biggest problem with any ac unit is they ship them in really flimsy boxes. I had to send back 2 Coleman’s years ago from shipping damage. One of the biggest complaints is damage from shipping and if they install them with damage they will never work right.

We checked the box for puncture and pushed on places on the box it was not even dirty. We had an electric pressure washer sent by the same shipper and it was destroyed. I don’t understand why they dropped it off!
At some point they have to get better with everyone or ordering everything online today.
