Hello I am a full-time rver and have a jayco North point 383 fkws. Has anyone had any issues with the furrion DV1220 stereo not giving any sound out of the speakers? If anyone has any suggestions please reply back.
Thank you...

We will need more information.

Have you owned the trailer long or did you just get it?
Was the radio working before?
Does the other functions of the stereo work just no sound?

Don’t take this the wrong way but have you selected the various speaker locations (A,B, or C) to see if it would work?

I have owned my 5th wheel for almost 2 years. Yes the radio was working before. The other function do work but just no sound. I have tried all 3 zones and no sound. I can turn the volume up and can hear beeping sound.

I have to reset mine every once in a while so that the blue tooth works. You could try to reset it. You'll need a small paperclip or something long and skinny to stick in the small reset button hole.

Looks like you may be in the market for a new stereo. TBH, furrion isn’t the highest quality electronic brand

Do you have a televator? If so, check to see if wires are in tact. The wires may be chafed or cut

It’s unlikely that all 6 speakers went out, and since your wires are good, the only thing left is the stereo. Maybe there’s a fuse for the amplifier. Like I said before, Furrion electronics don’t have the best reputation for quality. Sorry

I have the DV 1230 in my trailer. I could not get it to play dvd or CD. Dealer replaced it and plays them fine now. However, to increase the volume in zone 3 I have to press and hold zone 3 button until it flashes and then I can turn the volume up. Also on the old unit I could play music from a usb stick to all zones but now I cannot play it to zone 3. Dealer said this is the way the new units are. Agree with others, Furrion is junk.
