Gas grill

I am on my maiden voyage in a 2008 Melbourne. Everything great so far, but the gas grill that attaches to the outside has very low pressure. There is no difference in the flames between high and low. Is this typical, or do I need it fixed? Any suggestions appreciated

Two ideas come to mind. Confirm that you got gas and make sure your drawing it from the right tank. Secondly make sure that your not double regulated. It's easy to over look the tank not being turned on when you light it and it uses the gas in the line making you think something is wrong. Have you lit the stove and made sure that you have line pressure? Hope this helps.

Me too

I have had this happen to me as well. For me it occurs when I'm below half a tank of LP. If I light the Fridge and water tank and later try to use either my Indoor Stove or outdoor BBQ I get it lit and then it goes to an extremely low setting. (barely on). What I do is turn off the Fridge and Water Heater (pilot too). Then light the BBQ, let that burn for a bit, turn it off. Re-lit the Hot water and fridge and the next time I light the BBQ stove it works perfectly. I'm thinking that it is an airlock type problem. Not 100% sure, but that seems to work for me. Of course now I just light the BBQ first thing after setup and get everything going after that.
