Generator / auxiliary battery - how to charge?

Hello,

After almost 4 years boondocking, this summer I will be using generator for the first time.

Setup:

- solar + 400 Ah lithium batteries
- planning to buy Interstate 27DC Marine / RV Battery to run Minn Kota Endura Max 55
- Champion generator

I assume I may need to generate 80-100 Ah per day from the generator.

What is the most optimal way to recharge the auxiliary battery? Should I turn on the inverter in my trailer and use the charger on 110V or should I (can I) use the small inverter (150W) from 12V socket?
