Funny...we visited Grand Design manufacturing plant (as well as Jayco) several years ago. DW really liked one of their units but didn't like the sliding glass door. During the tour I remember her looking at our tour guide & she said that the engineers/designers needed to go out into the real RV world & ask the real users about designs and any other suggestions for improvements. He looked at her straight faced & said they do go out and use RVs. At times she doesn't know when to be quiet because she turned to him and said if that was the case, there would be better designs, colors & thoughts put into a build. That was the end of that tour.

That is one thing I like about my Jayco. They seem to put outlets in the right spot.

The photo was taken from a KZ Durago.
