Just want to give a nod to Jayco Warrantee department and our dealer, Fraserway RV in Lacombe Alberta.

After our first summer with our new unit we had a list of 14 items that needed attention. We made an appointment at our dealer, they communicated with Jayco and are working through every item on the list without any issues. Smallest item is a stripped screw and largest is a major flaw in the plywood on a slide roof so they are replacing the roof.

Its plain to see that some of the workmanship from the factory is crap (common across all brands), but if Jayco stands behind their product and the dealer does quality repairs I won't hesitate to buy another one from Fraserway or recommend to friend.

Your right..it is nice...We don't have it back yet to see all the repairs but have checked a few and so far so good..excellent service writer..very optimistic.

Great to hear. We are also lucky with our dealer, Mantecca RV in Mantecca. Had a Whitehawk that is just at the end of the two year warranty. We've had a number of minor issues, nothing major. The dealer, as we leave a bit away, always made sure to take our distance into account. They sometimes scheduled work where we would arrive in the morning and pick it up 2 -3 hours later. Our service writer, Scott, has been awesome.
