Hatteras

Had plans for going to Hatteras this weekend. Looks like this trip is will be postponed. Anyone else going?

I have not really been following the weather lately.
I'm assume due to a tropical storm?

Last time I was at Hatteras was in the 80's right before a hurricane. Awsome power of nature. I would really like to go back.

Back in the 70's I lived in Havlock. Been through a few good storms.

Our friends are in Topsail right now, and the weather is going down hill. This morning was beautiful. This afternoon, not so much. this is from TD#8. The TS is headed that way too, supposed to be off the coast Friday/Saturday. We canceled our plans, as we closed on our new house last Wednesday and are now planning the big move over the holiday weekend.

Hatteras would be a better place than Pt. St. Joe right now!

Tropical storm Hermine is the bad word. It's supposed to move thru here, Charleston, SC sometime Friday moving around 60 mph, so it will be gone pretty fast.
