Help Skylight leak :(

We have a 2015 28BHBE got into it to get it ready for a trip next week and notice the light and skylight have water in them. Ceiling panel over the bathroom that extends into the bunk is all wavy. Took the light and internal part of the skylight down and lots of water came out. Wood has some black. Super mad because last season we paid to have all the seals on our roof redone. Seal over the skylight failed. We checked the roof before winter. We had a lot of bad storms recently that may be the cause. Have a fan blowing into the cavity by the skylight and a dehumidifier running.

Not sure if this an insurance claim, something I take up with the RV place that redis the roof seals last season or I'm SOL.

Trying to find out how hard this may be to DIY fix. If I get it all dried out and spray for mold and reseal the leak are any reason I can't go on the trip next week and fix it when I get back? Any experience here thanks
