Help with padded headboard

Anyone know how to remove the padded headboard above the door
I’ve got to replace the panel next to the door, but need to remove the headboard first

Does it have "buttons" if so they probably pop off and the screws are under them.

Thanks. You were right. Just cked them. Any thoughts on replacing the wall paneling. Got wet behind the door grab handle on the inside..A little soft feeling. ��
