Holding tank question

I am brand new to my 2021 Jayco North Point, and notice a holding tank Grey 2 says full and 1 and 3 are empty. What does that mean I can't call my dealer yet reading manual don't want to overfill.

I do not have this model, but typical Jayco gray tank setup for 3 tanks is:
1 tank for kitchen
1 tank for bathroom (shower/sink)
1 tank for washer/dryer

Tank sensors are notorious for being flakey, but if you're not sure and the manual is not explicit, before you dump use the sinks separately and monitor the gauges as the tanks fill to figure out which is which.

If you can crawl under and access the tanks you may want to and check:
Are the straps properly screwed on. One of my screws was bad, others have had similar problems.
Are the sensor wires connected and similar in appearance. Sometimes they are installed sloppily or just hanging there.
Are all wires properly supported so they won't catch on road trash and get pulled loose.
Any connections are properly made.

The idea to fill each tank then drain is a great way to find which light belongs to which tank. You can also bring in a hose to fill them.
