Holy Smokies DTV

Moved my DTV equipment from FL to MA as I do every year. 2016 it was great. Hook up. Change zip code with remote. Done. Every year since 2017 After Att bought it, it was a 3 day ordeal. Many phone calls and non English speaking operators. Fast forward to today. 1 phone call. 1 operator, Very much English speaking. 15 MIN DONE!!! Got local channels. Hope it works on the return trip.

I had my DTV disconnected effective today. My service , Choice, was heavy on NFL and regional football that is not on tv. They would not downgrade my service. It took almost an hour to finally get to some dept that could issue a disconnect order.
Bye Bye AT&T.

I use Dish Network only because I have it at home and it is very cost effective to go month to month for the camping season...

That is the first positive comment about ATT / DTV I have read in over two years. I would go and buy a lottery ticket today!
