Home from first trip

Just got home this afternoon from our first trip in the new White Hawk. It rained just when we arrived at our campsite. Set up in the rain, no big deal. We had one or two minor glitches that worked out fine. We went hiking, fishing, and 3D archery target shooting at a nearby WMA. Posting just a few of the pictures. It was the first time away from home for our one-year-old Maine Coon, Melody. Oh yeah, and Peggy just had to take a picture of me getting out of my first shower. Already planning the next trip.

All great pics, except maybe for that shower deal! Glad to hear your first trip was a success.

Those new White Hawks look great from the front. I still have not seen one upclose to walk through. Was the storage bin on the front an option or did you install it? HOw much does the tongue weigh without anything in the storage bin but propane tanks full? Thanks

Yes I agree with you, the White Hawk is a good looking unit. The inside is also very nicely set up. Peggy and I are very happy with it so far.I installed the tool box in the front of the unit. I got the idea from Mike (Quahog) It is mainly for the battery and cut off switch. The box doesn't weigh much at all.I just store small items in there. I personally did not check the tongue wt.yet, but the dealer told me it was approx.875-900 lbs.(we'll see) hopefully I will get to weigh it soon.

Glad everything went well. That first trip is always so exciting. Can't believe the nerve of Peggy taking a picture of you getting out of the shower. You should get her back and take one of her in the shower and post it LOL
