Hot water heater troubles

I have a 2008 jayco 34bhs 5th.wheel, the water is only warm at faucet and shower, I checked outside shower, bypass valve I closed just to check ,I reopened it , so I checked all fuses,all good, drained water heater and the water was hot like it should be , closed it back up let it fill back up reheat ,had hot water for a little bit at the faucet then it turned back to warm ,any help would be appreciated Thank you

Have you tried it on both gas and electric?

Maybe it's this simple?

Do you hear a noise coming from the water heater when you turn on the hot water? I once had a problem of getting warm and cold water when I turned on the hot water. The tech at the RV shop told me to change the one-way valve on the HW tank. That fixed the problem.
