How cold is it?

14 degrees in south Alabama right now with 2-3 inches of snow overnight. Brrrrrrrrr

Wind chill this morning is 0.

I simply freeze inside if the temp is below 74. (old guy)

Got down to 12 degrees here at my house. Snow/ice on the roads, truck doors frozen shut this morning, so I didn't make it to work. Would not have mattered as the main air compressor froze up and is leaking oil, no air, no work. Brother works at Stennis Space Center, it shut down today. Practically all of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast was shut down due to icy road conditions.

24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not.

14 degrees in Alabama, seems a bit cooool for your area.

this morning the truck read 4 degrees, radio said something like a -12 deg wind chill.

Last weekend while camping with the scouts (outdoor shelters) the phone said the closest weather station reported -16 deg F.

We have a heat wave on the way, today's high suppose to be in the mid 20's, and by Friday near 40. In January that is HOT!

Yup, will be turning on the fireplace soon...for a few days anyway. Might make of chili in the crockpot too.

Thank goodness it warmed up here!

Today it is a very nice 24.8F.

Last week we had some huge temperature swings. First three days of -40C, which converts to -40F, then went up to 40F for two days, then dropped down to -13F.

Made for some very interesting and icy roadways!

4°f when I got up this morning. I had drawn up some water yesterday for coffee.
Lo and behold! The water wasn't frozen.
Jayco did a decent job on the glacier package, plus a heated supply hose didn't hurt either. I did cram the outside shower area full of insulation and removed the "cabinet" inside where the outdoor shower is. Lotta propane burned the last few days. Sanger, TX right now.
