The way that I see it, it shouldn't make any difference from a safety perspective. Level is level.
If I were raising the front a significant amount, I would use as much blocking as I could under the landing gear. The more that you extend your landing gear (or levelers, if you have that system), the less stable the trailer will feel.
Raising the front may also affect the height of your entry door, but that can easily be rectified (especially at a seasonal site)
Just my opinion.....
