How Many Trips?

We have done 7 this year for a total of 18 nights. We have two more trips planned which will bring our total to 22 nights. We have not been camping this much since we owned a pop-up about 5 years ago. We sold it and did not own a camper until this year.

2 so far. 10 days total. Another 4 (or 5) days planned for the end of September. The August 4 days got squashed because of too much to do at the house.

6 trips, 15 nights so far this year. I never added it up until just now...

The fall is our camping season though, we go at least once a month September through January, and even into February sometimes. The parks are less crowded and weather is nicer (cooler). I expect we'll double that number pretty easily before the year is out. Since our son isn't in school yet, we can still make some pretty good trips in the fall. Especially with over a week out in November. I'm really excited about that one, it'll be our first long trip with the RV!

We probably have 16 nights in this year with 4 trips but I lost count.

Every time we stay at our favorite local CG, I pull the site tag off the post and throw it in the storage bin...I have been doing that since day one and there is probably 15 of those tags in there.

Since the end of June we have done three trips covering 21 days. Leaving next Monday for 10 days, then its kids back to school and time to put the camper to sleep for the long fall/winter.

So far 7 trips for 21 nights. With three more trips already booked we will hit a minimum 10 trips with 44 nights.

I keep a Captains Log (Yes, I am a Trekky) to record all of our trips. In our first couple of years we were averaging about 24 nights. The last several years we have topped 40. I still have 16 years until retirement, but I do look forward to the time when I am counting in months instead of nights

So far this year we have 6 trips for 66 nights.

We have 3 more scheduled for 28 more nights.

A little less than usual due to illness in our family.

We did a 2 night shakedown in late April. Then on May 16 we left for Alaska where we will be until September 8 when we start back home. How many nights...I can't count that high!

7 trips and 39 nights to date. We have 5 more trips and 20 nights planned for the rest of 2015.

It helps to have 9 weeks vacation in a year.

Seriously though, we have done 4 trips which comes out to 20 nights at this point. Will be going out over Labor Day weekend so will have 5 trips equaling 22 nights. Of course that's not counting our nights in the camper at "Camp Side-a-Garage" which happen often on Friday nights.

Not enough...
Went local for first trip of new Jayco, 2 nights.
Went to Jellystone with my sister and brother in law, 3 nights.
Lake for 9 nights.
Lake again for 4 nights.
Beach for 4 nights.
So far 5 trips, 22 nights.
Going this weekend for 2 nights.
Plan to go to Hershey RV show for 3 nights.
Have at least one fall trip planned for 2-3 nights.
That will make 8 trips for about 30 nights.

We usually go to Savannah, then Florida, then Charleston for 2 weeks every February. Had a new baby boy this year so we didn't go.

We try to aim for 45 nights a year. Not bad for being a full time employee and having 2 kids. 12 years until I am eligible to retire, then we plan to take a 2 or 3 month trip just to start retirement...
