Maybe use Amazon as a product/price reference point as they sell similar products?

Similar Denver mattresses sell on Amazon for over $600. You will have to find someone local to buy it as shipping is very expensive. My dealer ordered me a new mattress under warranty and was going to ship it to me, 140 miles away. Was to big for UPS so it would have to ship freight and that was about $300, so guess who got to drive 140 miles to pick it up.

The mattress that comes standard is not worth the price of an Ad in my opinion. Within three weeks it was useless, as the foam is a low quality which compresses. I would give it to someone you really don't like

I don't believe they sell that mattress, it is an OEM item only.

How much did you pay for your new mattress?

Assuming it's a traditional construction 60x80 queen, not tempurpedic or something else, I assume you paid well <$500 for it. Therefore I think a used mattress, and by used I mean previously sold regardless how many nights slept on it, I would think it's worth a 1/4 of new.

Personally I would never buy a used mattress, would you? Hence the extreme depreciation.

Just my opinion, others may see some value it and all it takes is one of them to find your add.

I thought it was against the law to sell a used mattress. Selling a Denver pillow-top mattress should be a crime if it isn't already. The most uncomfortable thing I've slept on I think ever. If you don't have pain to start with, you will by the end of the night! Can you tell I've been sleeping on one for three nights now! We're going to have to do something different!

Since it's new and never used, why not donate to a mission or Salvation Army and take a tax deduction on the value of it.

We just bought a sleep number Premier for the camper. Our 2 rut original mattress is going to the attic in a bag for the day when we sell the rig.

The new one stays with us or our new camper.

Jayco using Denver mattresses in their RVs is an epic failure on their part.

If its like my original trailer mattress, the value would not be much. It was a back breaker. Its now in the garage attic.

I thought I was the only one who hated that mat! .

Our problem is slightly worse, though... I need to reinforce the 1/2 inch sheet of plywood that serves as the bed foundation. Instead of two ruts, we have a single bowl. Not Jaycos fault, though... I blame the grocery store! [emoji2]

1/2" plywood foundation? How much did that upgrade cost?

My plywood base has several 2x2 strips under it and they are perfectly ok for our combined wt.

I'm considering upping my strips to 2x3 or even a full partition

Thanks for the great advice. I'll probably end up donating it somewhere.

Went with one of these from Costco. AMAZING.
