How to open Ceiling lights

How do you open these lights to change the bulbs?

All three of these ceiling lights in the kitchen area are not working. But the ones in bedroom do work. Could it be a bulb out in the kitchen area causing all three not to work? Husband checked the fuse and thinks it is fine. What else do we need to check?

Look for a wall switch. Could be?

Fixed your picture.

Did all three stop working at the same time? If so, it's more likely a fuse. If they went out one at a time, suspect the bulbs. As far as taking the fixture apart, try squeezing the long sides toward the center.

I would try changing the fuse. Just looking at it sometimes you can't tell if it's blown.

Also, is that an LED fixture? If so, I'm pretty sure the panels are not replaceable; you'd have to modify the fixture (to set it up so the panels can be replaced) or switch out the entire thing.

If it's incandescent bulbs, then I would switch them to LED panels instead of replacing with the regular bulbs. If it ends up you have to change out the entire fixture, make it so the panels are replaceable (either purchase the fixture that way, or purchase a standard fixture, and panels that can be plugged into it instead of bulbs).

But first I would check the fuse again, with a multi-meter. 3 bulbs going out at the same time seems somewhat unlikely.

What model whitehawk do you have?

Did they all die at once? If they did I suspect an issue at the wall switch. Bad swich maybe a loose wire.

Not farmilar with your Whitehawk good chance the bed room and kitchen have separate switches, especially if there is a wall between the areas.

A picture of the fixture would help answer your question.
