I can't believe I'm missing it this Much!!!:-(

Well, I didn't think I'd be missing the Trailer this much. We're storing it at the Inlaws in Saint John, NB ( about 4 hr drive from here). I won't even see it till Xmas ;-(

a few random thoughts from our first year of Rv'ing

- I love towing! Yes, it's a little work hooking and unhooking (our sloped driveway is the worse place to back into, but I got it down now ;-). The driving part of it is wonderful!! I find it way more relaxing, then when I'm not towing. Staying around 55-60mph, keeps you away from most of the fools. 65-70 puts you in the middle of all the fools ;-(

- don't think we could do the seasonal anytime soon. Much prefer seeing/travelling to all the different CG's. The few seasonal cg's we did stay at, kinda made us feel we were trading one Sub-division for another. The Seanonal campers give us the feeling that they owned the CG. We were actually called Transiants at one of them.

All in all it was a good first year, close to 40 nights spent in it. Can't wait for next summer, big trip to Niagara Falls in the plans.

We've spent at leat 6 months in our tt since we picked it up over two years ago. I wish we could spend more time in it every year!

We have been in our trailer for 7 of the last 10 months. With our last trailer we spent 36 out of 48 months in it. We really think the house needs to go.

Ain't it the truth! I'm hoping we can get ours off the mountain in 30 days so we can spend Christmas in Phoenix with some of the kids and their kids. :drooling:

Not possible for us to spend that much time in it ;-( Our shorter camping season and work get in the way ;-( That and I find once every second wknd is enough. Found it too much, trying to work and get everything done around the house. When we retire though, lookout!!! ;-)))
