I emailed Let's Truck about TPMS what a surprise

I have been having sporadic issues with the TST TPMS System I have installed on the Jayco. I emailed Let's Truck Customer Support with a lengthy but detailed explanation of the issues an the reply I received was, well, rather odd.
The response I received said:
We would like to invite you to call Kevin on the show to ask him!
The show is the time Kevin has dedicated to talk one-on-one with people and help them where he can.
Monday – Friday at 11am-2pm EST, we are live on Sirius XM channel 146. You can dial 888-876-2336 during these show times to ask your question.
Here is a general schedule of the topics for each of the shows each week.
Monday- General Questions
Tuesday- First hour is General Questions and the last two hours are Pittsburgh Power Hour.
Wednesday- Destination Health- Health topics only
Thursday- General Questions for the first two hours and Rolling Toe with Mike Beckett for the last hour.
Friday- General Questions
We look forward to hearing from you!!

What the heck is that?? Of course I responded that I have a job an I can't call a radio show between 11 an 2. I'm still waiting on a reply.

They probably need callers for the radio show. That's a lot of air time to fill.

If that's the way their customer service is headed I'll buy another system from someone else

So I received another response an was told that's the only means to get a response to my issue. My response was I'll take the hit trash the system an buy someone else's system. Then I reminded them that word of mouth was a great advertiser.
I wish all the best to them.

I have always received great customer service dirdetly from the TST toll free number.
Why call a national talk show when you could get the answers one on one with the company?

They called me an apologized for the misunderstanding. She said she was on vacation when I sent my email an the person that replied to me was new. She said she was going to have a talk with him about how to handle requests like that.
In the meantime TST replied an asked was the light on the repeater on. I informed them the system worked great for about a yr an half without a repeater so I never bought one. Said I guess I'll buy one and try it. They never replied. Repeater scheduled to arrive today then it's just a matter of were to mount it.
