I love eTrailer.com

We purchased a new Eagle HT 25.5 REOK in August. My wife likes it more than she likes me! We found that my old 2000 Chevy 3/4 ton 350 cid was having having trouble pulling grade. Even on flat road it took 2 or 3 miles get up to 60mph. So we purchased a 2017 F250 Power Stroke and now I have to get the 5th wheel changed over. Called CW and they quoted me $800 for a rail kit and install. Well as you all know you bleed green for a while getting everything one needs to make RVing fun and easy so $800 after the initial $1299.00 for the first hitch was hard to swallow. So I called eTrailer. and Wayne H. was very pleasant to talk with and took the time to make sure I understood what I needed to get the 5th wheel in the new truck. I told him I am handy and have tools and he suggested that I install it myself. He pointed me to a video they made showing exactly how to install the kit. Purchased the kit for $300, shipped for free in 4 days and took an afternoon to install. Saved me $500 bucks. I have seen all the accolades here in the forum but I wanted to give a shout out to eTrailer.com. Sales, service and help the likes I have not seen in a very long time. Thank you, thank you, thank you eTrailer.com

Ive also used them for some trailer solutions. They have anything you need and the knowledge to back it up. Sort of like that neighbor that knows everything. I am not that neighbor.

eTrailer is great. They have install videos for all sorts of things, not just hitches. I've bought many things from eTrailer and have always had a good experience.

I'll echo the sentiment, love e trailer. Especially great for those in the St. Louis region who can leverage their free install on most things!

I have purchased from them many times and love them and the service. The install videos are also very helpful in finding wiring and such when installing a hitch.
