Now, now.....can't do something we might get arrested for.
Personally, a conversation with him/her, mentioning that you are fully retired, and have all the time in the world to follow him EVERYWHERE, and firebomb any wheeled vehicle he may EVER operate, no matter who might be the owner, even if it's a skateboard, might be enough to induce a rather.........."generous" effort to make things right.

But, that's just a hypothetical situation.

I think the truck was stopped and the trailer backed into him at about 50. 😁
