If you have already put your RV in storage (or are using it) it is
TIME TO CHECK YOUR:
- WINTERIZE where necessary!!! Hope it's not to late...
- Battery voltage!!!
- Battery(s) water level!!!
- Batteries terminal connections!!!
- AC air FILTER!!!
- LP Levels!!!
- TT Tire Pressure!!!
- TEST CO alarm!!!
- TEST SMOKE detector!!!
- TP (stock up)
- Replace your PEPPERMINT oil in your storage compartments.
- Enough BEER in Fridge!!
Yes I have my TT winterized and stored until next spring. Took battery off and will maintain a trickle charger on it one the winter and will fill LP tanks, tire pressure, etc. before heading out in the spring.
Thanks for the list and reminder.
On another note, what is your 65 Mustang? I have a 65 HIPO coupe.

It's 14°F right now. My TT is going to have to do without my assistance until warmer weather comes around in March (it's been winterized for 2 months, mouseproofed and as safe as it can be).
My only Jayco related project this winter will be to build a frame for my solar panel and get the controller mounted (under the panel where it will be out of any weather) so that it's easy to hook up for next year's camping trips.

I had to winterize in October. I had to take the rest of the beer out or it would be frozen solid
Battery is hibernating in my basement on a Battery Tender. I'll have to remember to add some of those items to my spring checklist (which can't get here soon enough)
Question, what's the peppermint oil for? Rodent control?

We have been using the Pure Peppermint oil for years... and in the TravelManor where it really helped... yes it is for Rodent control along with the Dryer sheets.
