In bed trailer electrical receptical

I have a need to relocate my connection. I wish it to remain in the bed somewhere handy yet, with wiring protected. If not in the same location as mine, where do you have yours located? Here is a pic of where mine is located.

How do you get a photo to be upright?

Not sure what truck you have, but this worked for my SILVERADO.

Buy this kit and relocate it close to the wheel well.

My Silverado was on the driver's side between the wheel well and tailgate. Your's looks to be too far back.

in my Ram and same with my previous Ram same as CAG posted. Drivers side between wheel well and tailgate. On my newer truck I used something similar to what Grumpy posted just a different brand. It was easy peasy to add one instead of moving the existing one on the bumper., it was plug and play pretty much except for drilling the hole in the side of the bed which was not hard.

Thanks everyone. Going forward, I will attempt to re-size my photos before posting.

I think I have located a position with double wall just behind the wheel well near the floor. (If the double wall is deep enough for the plug) When the dealer installed the plug at the current location, they used a kit as Grumpy suggest and just folded and zip-tied the extra wire so, I have plenty of wire to move the plug. Again, Thank you for your replies. Shorty
