in comes the trailer trash

We are camping with our friends this weekend. We found a fairly new campground close to home and decided to stay for the long weekend, Friday night goes great well behaved group of people lots of young families. Saturday night in move the bald guy with camouflage pants, wife beater t-shirt, significant other has tattoos everywhere and Tapout sweatshirt, lite kid with a mohawk. Drinking by 6 am this morning, mom is now passed out in a chair. Ugly scene , I want to
seek a pic.

I hate that about camping. We've had some winners too.

But you never know by appearances. I arrived back at my site 2-3 months ago (I am hosting and have been here since April) and a tent site next to me was being populated. Similar to what the OP said, but with a couple of "very low rider" pickups and painted in colors that absolutely had to glow in the dark. I can't believe those suckers could pass over a golf ball without hitting.
They turned out to be the nicest campers that I have run into all summer.
You just never know.

You may have described a good percentage of the people on this message board... I've been known to drink beer from sun up to sun down, but that doesn't mean I'm a hooligan. I also have camouflage pants. :hihi:

I guess I got some splainin' to do know. It was good entertainment when the tatoo girl passed out and they put her body in compromisimg positions for photos. I was trying to paint a picture of the scene and it was definatley a stereotype of the trailer trash. My wife and our friends called them rednecks and I took offense to that as they call me a redneck all the time. It never ruined our trip but with the families around and very loud f-bombs constantly going off it was a bit much. Couldn't complain to the camp manager as he was friends with them and was half cut by early evening driving around in his golf cart. I am sure he lost future business as some people probably won't be back. Interesting times. I have been known to have a beer before 9 on occasion when camping and I have 2 pairs of camo pants!!

I also have been know to have a beer in the early am, but I guess it's ok because I don't have camo pants. That's what i am going to tell my DW next time. Larry

I walked around a campground in a wife-beater a few weeks ago. Judge said if I throw it away he won't put me on the sex registry list.
