Had that happen to our 2019 212QB under the rear window. Dealer fixed it under warranty.

Do you think this is a warranty issue? We bought it in May 2020 and have only used it a few times.
Thank you very much for your assistance.

Yes Warranty. I took mine in for a scratch on the ceiling that was fixed wrong from the factory. They brought in a specialist and fixed it so it's almost invisible.

Our wall is warped between the door and the kitchen slide...see attached pic,
Been trying to get into Dealer for four months now to get warranty work done.
Thought was water damage, but after posting on another forum, and explaining that the bulge is hard, not soft/wet, they said it was the inside wall material
buckled under pressure... ?? Not too sure, but hoping to get in to service if dealer would ever call me back.

As mentioned, ask for everything said to be written down so you have a paper trail.
Saying “ I was told.... or they said....” doesn’t do much good. Ask for it to be in writing

It may be something more in your case, but I've had that tape lift up on my trailer and now on my MH as well.
In my experience, I think it's just the heat getting to the adhesive on the tape that hasn't quite set up or has come loose a little. On both rigs, I have gone around a couple times and smoothed it down with my finger. After once or twice doing that, it has not come back up.
Of course, if you think it's a bigger issue, get it documented by the dealer. But in my experience, it was not a big enough issue to warrant the inconvenience of a dealer repair.

I have same issue....
We have a 2019 JayFlight 175RD Baja with seam “bulging” issues as well. There is one in the bathroom just about where the shower curtain rod attaches to the wall. It is bulging 3/4 of an inch. The seam tape is still holding. I took it in this winter for a few warranty items. They said it was covered by warranty and repaired it. Unfortunately, the bulge is back, maybe even a little more pronounced. We now have another doing the same thing. It is on the bed wall under the air conditioner.
I fully expect to have it repaired this winter under warranty.
Overall, super pleased with the trailer. Most issues have been minor. That is to be expected given the sad state of the RV industry.

We have tape bulges too, just where the seams are, but they flatten out with a wipe. The panel beneath is not bugging, just the tape on the seams. Its not too big an issue for us as it just appears on upper walls, and isn't that noticeable. We have 4 slides that take up most space on our walls. We have a Northpoint 327 REQS.

We just took delivery on a 2021 Jayco Eagle 334rlok. We love it so far. We retired and sold our motor home and decided to go back to a tt. When dealing with the dealers they would laugh at my comment that we were buying the best of the worst tt we could find.
New on lot they all had issues. One other brand on camping world lot was already delaminating. Brand new on lot it was bubbling. Another brand had 0 calk around the windows. Those windows have seals but really. Calk the windows.
Got our unit home and the door would hardly open to get in it. My wife could not pull the lever. Took all I had to open it. Fixed it myself. Sad thing is if you are not handy fixing things even on a brand new coach it is going to get frustrating. We had 15 or so things I already had to deal with.
While I liked the price I got from our dealer. 7000 less than anywhere in the country and those were 2020 models. Watching their service guys putting the hitch together was scary.
We arranged with salesman to have an equalizer 16000 hitch there for delivery day. 2.5 inch hitch so I did not bring a reducer with me. Got there, and saw them installing a 14000 equalizer on my truck. This trailer has a tongue weight of 1400 pounds so i am overloaded right off. No options so paid for hitch and trailer and got out of there.
Got home looking over hitch. They put a 10000 pound ball on it with a spacer. So they put a lower rated hitch with an even lower rated ball.
New 16000 equalizer comes monday. 14000 equalizer goes to craigslist. Used one time for 200 miles. Must get new ball though rated for 14000 pounds.
So sad. Like I said look for the best of the worst you can find. After every trip, check seams, screws. Oh yeah. Got ours home, parked on a concrete floor pole barn. Crawled underneath and found 5 screws gone holding bottom panels on. Where they even there or drop out.
Good luck on the warranty issues. We saved money buying 200 miles away. Local dealers did not even have the model we wanted but actually told us not buying local could be an issue if we wanted any warranty work done locally. I would have to trek my unit 200 miles to indiana. I am hoping whatever goes wrong with it I can fix.

We bought our trailer at Voyager RV in Lake Country, BC Canada. They fixed the bulging wall seams under warranty and have been fantastic with all issues. I would definitely recommend them.
I think this might have been mixed up with another link.

I had the wall bulging issue in the bedroom of my 2018 JayFlight. I peeled the tape back and the staples that they use to attach the panel missed the stud, poor assembly. I put in longer staples and made sure to hit the stud then put the tape back down. If your dealer has been good and you can get it in, definitely take advantage of it. My dealer was not good so I took care of it myself.

We took it in because the walls had only been taped and not stapled. They stapled them and then put in new tape. Glad you were able to fix it yourself.

If the wall is warped, that's a separate issue. These cheapie cheap trailers are made at a price point and we can't expect it to look like our $200,000 house.
The joints are crappy. To make them look half way respectable they put matching scotch tape over the joints. Push down on the tape and kit will look smooth. A day later it will bulge again.
Just a thing to live with and no real fix. If my diagnosis is wrong, then better pics are needed.
