Interior water leak

First trip in our new 20X. On the way home from PA, we hit a really major thunder storm with torrential rains.

When stopped at a rest area for lunch, we found that water had gotten on the couch. It was actually a pool layi ng across the couch from front to back. It did not appear (because of the location) from the roof mounted a/c. But there is a seam on the ceiling above it.

Anyone have a similar experience or thoughts?

A while ago, one of our members here had a hole or opening or crack of some kind on his new roof. Can't remember the thread so can't direct you there, but have you gone up on the roof to check things out? Doesn't sound good though

Water will not always drip at the entry point.. it can come in from anywhere.. Now if it is a brand new trailer then take it bake to the dealer... that is why you paid the big bucks .. ... .... for the WARRANTY.
