IRV 32 Radio remote

I purchased my Jayco Flight 24 RBS in May 2018. It did not come with a remote for the radio. When I called my dealer they said the radios do not come with a remote and I would have to get up to change the station's. Hmmm that doesn't seem to be the right answer.
The radio in my trailer is a IRV32. Has anyone else encountered This? I do not have a good phone number for Jayco, it doesn't give me the option to talk to a operator.

It should have come with a remote. A good phone number for Jayco is (800) 283-8267 The dealer should be able to order you a remote to replace the missing one if you had noted it upon delivery. I hope you get this take care of.
