It's hard to tell with these pictures. Take a wide view from the side showing much more of the trailer. Did you measure frame to ground at the front and rear of the trailer?

Have you measured the front & rear of trailer from frame to the ground AND the top of fender above wheel to ground on TV before and after trailer is hitched?

Looks a little nose up on the TT? Need to stand about 25 feet back so we can see the entire ensemble in one pic.

I've adjusted my equalizer 6 times now. Just finished the 6th attempt at perfection a few minutes ago. I think it's finally 'close'. You really have to just get the tape measure and take before and after measurements at each wheel well (especially the front) If that all checks out as it should, I think you can be less picky about perfection when it comes to a slight nose up, or down on the TT itself. A lot of people prefer a slight nose down stance. Drop the ball one notch and you have to re-adjust *everything* again. How does it tow? Mine is parked in front of my house at the moment, and my street runs down hill so it's been VERY problematic getting everything dialed in... I'd rather do it here than in a parking lot, so I pay the price lol. More important than perfectly straight is transferring the weight where you want it to be.

On second look, the first pic looks level or slightly nose down, the second looks the opposite... no idea if it's level. So, I'll vote 'good enough' barring new information.

Put a 4' level the TT floor, and check how far off the bubble is.

If there has to be a slight difference, it is better to be slightly nose down on the trailer than nose up.

This ^^^... Looks can be deceiving but just like the CAT scale, the numbers don't lie. I went to a large empty parking lot one weekend and got both a wide shot plus did the trailer frame measurement. The picture looks pretty good but the numbers confirm that it's about 1.5" nose down and it tows great.
