They will be professional. It likely will not even be mentioned. What they want from you (other than your money) is a positive survey when Costco calls to ask about the purchase process. And yes, you WILL be contacted by Costco either in person or via email to complete a survey once the purchase is completed.
I would still encourage you to ask some questions about how repairs will be handled and their wait times for warranty service. If for nothing more than to get a feel for how things will be handled at the dealership.
Depending on the size of the dealership for the most part once your done purchasing you likely will be dealing with a different group of people. It's not as though your salesman/finance guy are sitting there monitoring phone calls and looking at who is scheduling service work. What your looking for is an overall perception of how the service department is run.
