It Feels Like Home Now
I've been living full time in my new Jayco for 2-1/2 months now, and last night when I layed down in bed, I realized that this little 8' X 26' box has become my home. It feels like home, no matter where it's parked.
Never even considered that aspect of RVing when I headed out last November.
Anyone else remember when their Jayco started feeling like home, instead of an RV?

Howdy Bill,
I had a somewhat similar experience. I was on an extended vacation in my fiver. One day the thought popped into my mind that I could very comfortably live in it full time. One day, I hope to do just that.

We live in our RV for about 9 months a year. Our new 330 felt like home the second day.

2018 Surveyor 265RLDS well equipped.
Life in the slow lane is still life.

Well everyday I've been working on mine and it just seems like a RV to me. Then Mom and I started get theing together and putting the supplies in like dishes, towels, our personal effects... Now its starting to feel more like my 2nd home on wheels...

It felt like home the second day I was in it.... in fact the stick house don't feel like home anymore..... when I do get back there if feels so large.... I just wander around in it going why do I even think I need all this space?

I have been full timing in mine since August 2010 and it is definitely home now.

We're between TTs until May and even though our home is exactly what and where I wanted it, I feel slightly homeless. Our first RV was a TH with the front deck, so the living portion was only 18'. Tight as it was, it felt like home after I halfway knew what I was doing. I can't imagine what the 320RLDS is going to be like.

I still have a few things to do to make it home-ier. Need to add some shelves or drawers next to the kitchen counter for storage, and add some type of shelving in the bunk bed area. I don't need the bunk beds, but organized storage there would be great.
Bought a new 22 inch tv tonight, but didn't get a coaxial cable to hook it up to the park cable outlet. Duh!
Maybe I'll be able to watch the super bowl on sunday.
