It's Been Fun....

Well gang it's with a heavy heart, but it looks like I'll be leaving the Jayco family. The DW and I just closed a deal for a new 2017 Coachmen Apex 269RBKS today.

I tried really hard to look at all of the Jayco models and even seriously looked at the the Whitehawk 27DRSL. But the new Coachmen floor plan met our needs without having to upgrade our TV.

This place has been like family to me and I enjoyed getting on JOF every day and reading all of the posts. I really appreciate all of the help and information people gave me. I'll still be "lurking" around.

May you all have a Very Merry Christmas, a Joyous New Year and God Bless.....

I think I can safely say from all of us. You don't have to leave just because you don't own a Jayco. You may get a little "ribbing" but it's all in good fun. Stay with us and continue to share.

No matter what you own there is no other RV forum out there like this one. None. Stick around and enjoy your new trailer!

If you take the name plate off of an RV, it is still an RV. Tips, mods, problems.. they are ALL interchangeable between mfr. Keep us informed! Will still look forward to having you as a regular. We will even accept your pictures. Good luck and happy camping...

You are correct about that. I'll go farther and say it's definitely friendlier than the FR forums.....

Hope your Coachman treats you well. My friend just bought a Coachman Clipper (7' wide model) and seems to like it. Camping is camping my friend, as long as you are having fun, it doesn't matter what you have. I loved my Nash and love my Jayco too.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to you as well. Hope you can tolerate the offseason wait! We arranged to have our Jayco delivered in February so we didn't have too long to wait before we could use it!!!

I have to agree 100% - I belong to several forums all related to my hobbies or trade and this is by far and away the best one... Very Non Judgemental unless you get into....... Nah, I won't go there!

Same here on a different brand, I could care less what your towing. I hope you have many good trips in it!

This is the friendliest RV forum, its hard to post anything on the "big" RV forum, knowing I will get slammed.
