I have the roll up black out shades. When I have the windows open and it's windy they flap constantly and make quite the racket. Does Jayco sell clips I could install to secure them to the window frame?

TIA

I am not sure how anyone that has ever camped in an rv could come up with the idea of floppy and flapping roll up shades. First off unless you roll up the shades all the way up when traveling they still flap and swing all over the place. The dealer actually told us to roll them completely up. Well when traveling and the windows are bare to the sunlight, and camp in the warmer climates, its like a oven when you go inside to make sandwiches.

This is what we did. We looked at the older pleated window shades and the side lines had spools on the side strings. So I purchased them and bought longer screws that held the window frames on and ran them thru the spools. Then just wrap the strings that pulls down the blinds around them for travel. And if I don't raise them up a lot when I open the windows, there is still enough line to secure them. I did add small velcro dots at the full down location to keep them from banging. I may extend the strings for a more open feature to secure them later.
