Jayco Customer Service

Just wanted to say a kind word about my personal experience with Jayco Customer Service. I had a problem with my old (2004) Granite Ridge MH and sent an email to customer service. I received a quick reply via email. Although they could not solve my problem they at least gave it a try and got back to me in a timely manner. Last year I had a problem that they did help me get solved via email. Very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.

Nice to hear. I had a similar experience the first season we had our X20E. They couldn't help me either, but they did check out what I was asking and got back to me quickly.

Jayco has been really great with me so far as well. They send me whatever parts I need to install myself so I don't have to take time off and go through the dealer to get it done. They're mailing me a new window this week...A WINDOW...
So far 2 thumbs up from me as well.

I also had good results calling Jayco directly when my dealer kept ignoring my calls for weeks after screwing up my order. (RV one).

jayco service

My only contact with Jayco is via the Jayco Sales group in which
I had emailed with questions prior to my purchase of tha
Precept 31UL.

The contact at the Jayco Sales (he is Regional Sales Mgr.)
has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. He has quickly
replied to all my emails and even contacted my dealer.

Jayco is terrific.

Any chance I can get the email address for the Jayco sales rep you referred to that was so helpful. I have questions on my Jayco and can't find someone to ask that actually knows how the Jayco works.

Thanks,
Jeff

Why not start a new thread here with your questions? There's a lot of knowledge here and many things on our trailers are not Jayco specific.

In Branson, MO on Table Rock Lake staying in Tree House Condominiums. Going home Saturday and Sunday and leaving out Monday for Lake Seminole at the Cotton Hill Campground for a week. Our unit is sitting home now waiting on us to get there. Glad we were not in it last night up here as Tornados and hail went through here around 11:45 pm last night. Wife spent the night in the closet and kept me awake!

This is true...as good as Jayco CS might be, I've had more things settled talking to owners than I'll ever get out of any CS...

I do agree, every time I have called I have got a quick replay and great info. I also agree that I have git just as good info from JAYCO owners.

The only thing that Jayco let me down with was the bluetooth mic in the stereo system that they forgot to install. I was asked to return to the dealer and have them install it but the dealer is about 2 hours from my house not counting traffic.

The Warranty Department has been great. I had excessive problems with my 2014 White Hawk 27DSRL. The dealer did no quality checks and eventually I became frustrated with their service department. Jayco's Warranty Department authorized a local repair shop near my home to handle the work. Without Jayco's Warranty Department I would be an unhappy camper. I would highly recommend them.
