Well my dealer is about 25 miles from my home and I took mine in for warranty repairs in late October 2014 ... They had ordered a new awning post for me when I took delivery because when showing the electric awning to me they inadvertently shut it on the handrail and split the awning post. I told them to order it andy would bring it back in at the end of the season which I did . I had a few other items which they also fixed under warranty. When I went to pick it up Friday I had a feeling they hadn't disconnected the battery before they put it in the field for the winter so to be prepared I had my boat starting battery fully charged and brought the wrenches with me to change it out so I could use the electric jack to connect it to my truck.... The tires were muddy when they pulled it out of the field and as I expected the battery was dead so I put the other in it hooked it up to my truck ... Told them thanks and left for home. I could have griped about the dead battery and not knowing whether it was killed for good , or the muddy mess I had to deal with but I figured that is life and in today's world there are a lot of folks who do the status quo. I can't assume to understand what their service dept goes through on a daily basis and thus I will hope my new battery charges back up and will clean the mud off and be happy I got it back with the things fixed. I don't know what has happened in today's world with the ethics of hard work and customer satisfaction being job 1 ... All I can do is my job every day like God is watching me and treat others with the kindness I would expect even if they don't do the kind of work I do. Forgiveness is my key to peace. Just my 3 cents lol
