I have emailed Jayco on several issues/questions, and they have responded every time. Sometimes it takes 2-4 days for them to work through all their emails, but they will get to yours eventually. I have even requested schematic drawings of electrical and plumbing lines on a 2004 unit, and they came up with all of those for me - no charge. Just hang in there, and unless your email got lost in cyberspace, they will get back to you. As for the dealer, some are good, and some not so good. If the TV and stereo are pretty close together, and you can get to the entire wire, you might save yourself a lot of time and effort by just splicing the cut yourself. It usually isn't that difficult, and only takes a few minutes.
