jayco not responding to email

Sent Jayco an email about the problem of a wire being cut from the tv to the stereo and the local dealer not wanting to help. I have not heard anything back from them. Any thoughts?

Contact them at 800 283-8267 and inquire as to what step you should take next. Worked for us, but that was back in Oct '09, but I can't remember the name of the 'mucky muck' that we spoke with. Let us know how it turns out for you

I have emailed Jayco on several issues/questions, and they have responded every time. Sometimes it takes 2-4 days for them to work through all their emails, but they will get to yours eventually. I have even requested schematic drawings of electrical and plumbing lines on a 2004 unit, and they came up with all of those for me - no charge. Just hang in there, and unless your email got lost in cyberspace, they will get back to you. As for the dealer, some are good, and some not so good. If the TV and stereo are pretty close together, and you can get to the entire wire, you might save yourself a lot of time and effort by just splicing the cut yourself. It usually isn't that difficult, and only takes a few minutes.

I called them yesterday on the toll free customer service line. Answered and handled in a few minutes.

Make sure you have your Vin # handy.
