Jayco sent me a survey

Anyone else receive a Jayco survey lately?

I got one the other day that asked general questions about my satisfaction after one year of ownership. I completed the survey on-line with a code they supplied and the survey had my model number listed so I expected model-specific questions.

The questions were pretty basic but not model-specific and answering them didn’t always fit as they didn’t give a “non-applicable” option. (ie. questions about a slide when the 26BH doesn't have one).

One question they asked is where I purchased parts and my options were: 1. from the dealership I purchased my TT and 2. “other” which only showed a pre-defined list of other Jayco dealerships. I haven't had to buy any factory parts but I have yet to return to my dealer for aftermarket parts. The survey didn't have "3rd party" as an option.

Jayco may want to tweak their surveys a bit it they want accurate answers. Just my 2 cents.

Don't know if it was the same Jayco survey, but here is a thread from last year where some members had trouble with the survey web site......, but a couple embers did get through:

I like the surveys where they leave a lot of room for "comments", that's where the rubber hits the road with me

Looks like the same survey. I also had trouble with the "TellJayco" url and typed it into Google and followed the link from there. My name and 26BH popped up when I used the code and I did leave comments on some specific issues I had with their quality assurance.

That is where they could really learn something instead of asking questions and giving just the choices they want to see.
