Jayco Under Fire for Denying Claim, Can't Travel with Water in Tanks

This was the same treatment i got when i tried to file a claim for my roof falling apart.. Jayco will pull every trick in the book to avoid any claims.. My Experience and JMO

They corrected and honored the claim.

The guy didn't give up like i did on my roof problem. Jayco plays these denial games like crazy.. The moral of this story, don't give up, fight like hell if they play their games.

Telling Jayco anything is like talking to the police, anything you say can and will be used against you.

I merely asked Jayco for a schematic for my new travel trailer, something that I was advised to do here. They very reluctantly agreed but ominously added:

"Everything in this email chain has been noted into your unit file".
