We are in Show Low Arizona along way from our home base. Our Norcold refrig went out and we called All Mountain RV and Supply in Show Low on a Friday late afternoon and they said come on in and we will look at it. They said we needed a new board and they took care of everything through our warranty. The part arrived the next week, they installed it and all was covered. What a great experience and we just wanted to share it. Jayco is the best, when I talked to them to give my info on the trailer for the part they were so nice and helpful. Happy Travels everyone.
