JAYCOMMAND by BMPRO Diagnostic Codes and Meaning

Hello, we have a 2021 JAYCO 28RSTS.
In the JAYCO App, diagnostics, I noticed two faults:
23 open load
24 open load
Anyone know what 23 and 24 mean? Or Open load and how to fix and clear the faults?
I cant find anywhere where to find the codes/fixes in the JAYCOMMAND by BMPRO sites

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your JayCommand. I didn't find info on your particular issue, but found their email address; customerservice@teambmpro.com

Hope that helps!

Got the same thing on my 5th and been trying to figure that out since January. If you get an answer please share.

BMPRO Diagnostic codes

I had a Diagnostic overload fault code, set message to BMPRO. I occasionally get the "open load" codes also, but everything seems to be working. Their reply was-
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Over load on channel one will generally mean an over current situation on slideout one, perhaps when the slide travelled all the way in or out and the current spiked. If you bump the slideout in or out, the overload message will likely go away.
To find out what each channel represents, contact Jayco customer service. Channel assignments vary on floorplan.
Turns out it’s indicators that generators are not hooked up.
They will be removing the coding on those in one of their software releases which will remove the error/fix message
So glad it was nothing!
(We do have generators just not plumber directly)
Hope this helps!
BMPRO Diagnostics
Contacted Jayco wondering where the occasional diagnostic fault was happening, they said look at your "node", the main box, mine is in the basement of my 5er. They had no list.
Each output on the "node" is numbered and is labeled for it's function.
BMPRO Diagnostics
Thanks, Aroamer, The Node maybe should be the first place to look always. As I am starting to figure out. But the removal of a bulkhead kinda deters that. Plus having to make room in the Basement to remove that bulkhead. I am amazed at how well Jayco has taken the effort to label and identify everything in the wiring and electronics. I wish they would have done the same clean job when it comes to operations and user manuals.
X2!
Very annoying trying to find relevant info in a generic user or install manual.
For a non jayco component I usually go online with it's part / model number and download the proper manual, then into my laptop's "RV manuals" file.
