Jensen radio is a pain!!! Help!!

We just installed new house batteries, and that apparently has flipped out our already finicky dashboard radio--- a JRV215N. Damn thing won't turn off or respond to any commands. We have pulled fuses, disconnected the vehicle battery, put it into storage mode....anything to reset this piece of junk. Anybody got any ideas?? Thanks!!!

If the reset button doesn't work - disconnect BOTH batteries - at the same time. Coach and chassis.

Try that.
