Jensen stereo model awm975

Hi folks. I am entering the second year of owning my first travel trailer, a Jayco Jay Flight model 23M. Ever sinse I took ownership I have had a small but annoying issue with my stereo system. It is a Jensen model AWM975. It's the model that has the 2 big nobs on either side of the display screen. Every dvd that I put in it to play, the player will automatically turn on Closed Captioning. I have looked numerous times in the manual and have gone different places in the menu screen but I can't figure out how to not have the player default to CC. I know how to turn it off on the remote, just annoying the player defaults to CC. I'm assuming it's the player because it does it on every dvd. Has anybody else experienced this? Thanks alot

I had a fairly obscure problem on my Jensen with it suddenly had the time set on a 24 hrs clock. Military time. I finally got on their website and was able to email their tech support and they responded the next day. They are good people and will no doubt help you. Hope this works out for you.
